SMS / Text Message Communications
Program Description
Bloom Learning Centers operates an SMS messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with families, prospective enrollees, and other interested parties regarding our childcare and preschool services. This Program is operated through Playground, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, enrollment inquiries, or other opt-in methods, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Bloom Learning Centers.
Types of Messages
Messages sent through the Program may include:
Responses to enrollment inquiries and consultation requests
Enrollment status updates and onboarding communications
Appointment confirmations and reminders

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual plan. Bloom Learning Centers is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier in connection with SMS communications.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message from Bloom Learning Centers. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS communications unless you re-opt in.

Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Bloom Learning Centers cannot guarantee delivery of SMS messages due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues, device compatibility, or incorrect phone numbers provided at opt-in.
Privacy of Phone Numbers
Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
