There are no specific words to describe the magic within the walls of Bloom! I have been an employee a little over a year now. I began part time and worked my way up to a lead teacher position. There is always room for growth here and your strengths and personal achievements never go unnoticed. Every one of my peers is kind and compassionate and I have made such strong bonds with them all. Bloom is filled with the most uplifting people and positive energy always and that is why I love coming to work everyday!

From kindergarten to the moment you graduate high school so many people ask you, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" While I knew one of my life paths would be to help shape the lives of young children I never thought it would be to become a preschool teacher! I watched my sister fall in love with Bloom so I decided to follow in her path & I got to see why for myself. Bloom has taught me so many things about myself & what it really means to give children the best care & opportunities as little humans. We take such strategic measures to ensure our students learn but have the most fun doing it! Children deserve to play & create for themselves & Bloom knows exactly how to execute that! We have an amazing group of women who I look up to everyday & I couldn't be more blessed to have their support & work along side them everyday! Bloom is my second home & family & I am forever grateful to be here.

I have no certain words to describe the amazing experience I have had working at Bloom. It has been heartwarming to see how my daughter and I were welcomed with open arms. My daughter has been attending Bloom since she was 21 months and I can say that everyone has been very patient and respectful of our culture and primary language. I also like to share my culture with the children by speaking Spanish to them. Everyday my daughter is so excited to come to school and she is always talking about her day and friends. Thank you Bloom for putting a big smile on my daughters face everyday!
